My story

I'm Fadwha, and my story began with a personal journey to restore my health, energy, and balance. 

Living with an autoimmune disease taught me how deeply our health influences every part of life, our energy, mood, and overall sense of balance. Over the years, I experienced both the physical and emotional toll it can take, from constant fatigue to the frustration of not feeling like myself.

A few years ago, a major health challenge became the turning point that inspired me to take back control of my well-being. I began exploring how nutrition, mindset, movement, and stress management could work together to support healing and restore balance. Through education, consistency, and self-compassion, I made powerful changes that helped me regain my health, energy, and confidence.

This journey transformed not only how I live but also how I see health  as a continuous, empowering process of nurturing the body and mind. Today, as a health and wellness coach, I guide individuals to restore their energy, create balance, and live with renewed purpose and joy.

My mission is to empower busy, tired, and overwhelmed women to reclaim their health, energy, and vitality both personally and professionally.

Through personalised coaching, I help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes that focus on nutrition, stress management, preventing burnout, improving sleep, inducing movement, and reducing the risk of chronic disease.

My holistic approach goes beyond physical health , it’s about creating harmony between mind, body, and lifestyle. 

My ultimate goal is to help women feel healthier, happier, and bring balance back into their lives.
